His deep technical expertise, combined with his leadership and strategic foresight, has been crucial in the company's evolution into a leader in the semiconductor field.

MR. CHINNAMARAJU SIVA NAGARAJU

Managing Partner

Mr. Siva Nagaraju is a dynamic and visionary leader with B.A. and M.A. degrees in English. He has held prominent roles in RSS (VM National Secretary), ABVP (National Leader), and BJP (State Secretary, Andhra Pradesh). As a passionate entrepreneur and philanthropist, he founded the Krishna Sai Group of Companies (KSG) and expanded into mining, food and hospitality, construction, and retail sectors.

He also established reputed educational institutions like RISE Engineering College, Ongole, and Shanthi Ram Medical College. His leadership continues to drive the growth of multiple businesses under the SGR Group of Companies.

MR. LINGAMDINNEY SURYA NARAYANA REDDY

Mr. Surya Narayana Reddy is the Managing Partner at Vayuvyastra Semiconductors Private Limited. With a strong academic background in Economics (MA, PhD) and Human Rights (MA), Mr. Reddy brings a unique perspective to the company’s leadership team.

As an accomplished entrepreneur in real estate and hospitality, he has successfully managed a chain of hotels and businesses. In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Mr. Reddy is a philanthropist, social worker, and a dynamic Telugu movie actor and artist. His extensive experience in both business and social impact makes him a valuable asset to the growth and direction of Vayuvyastra Semiconductors.

With a Ph.D., MBA, M.A., M.L., and a specialization in Industrial Relations, he combines deep academic insight with business acumen

As Founder & Chairman of the Audisankara Group of Institutions and Managing Director of Bharat Alternative Fuel Pvt. Ltd., he has led pioneering ventures across mining, education, renewable energy, and electric mobility.

His collaborations with global universities and focus on consciousness-based education reflect his commitment to creating skilled, spiritually grounded technocrats. A passionate advocate for social development, Dr. Penchalaiah continues to inspire change through education, innovation, and philanthropy.
